Transforming Lives Outreach Ministry, Inc. (T.L.O.M.) was established with a heart for reaching people spiritually and practically through Christian ministry and community outreach. Founded by Dr. Voydnita Merricks-Jethroe, T.L.O.M. is committed to helping individuals and families experience encouragement, spiritual growth, hope, and transformation through biblical teaching, prayer, counseling, discipleship, and compassionate service.

Our ministry has a particular heart for supporting women and children and for creating opportunities that strengthen individuals spiritually while also responding to practical needs within the community.
