The prayer that changes everything
The Prayer That Changes Everything
A Transformational Journey Through The Lord's Prayer
Prayer is more than words spoken to God. It is an invitation into relationship with the Father.
In The Prayer That Changes Everything, Dr. Voydnita Merricks-Jethroe takes readers on a transformational journey through the prayer Jesus gave His disciples in Matthew 6.
From “Our Father” to “Forever. Amen.”, readers are invited to discover the Father's heart, understand the believer's privilege of approaching God, recognize the priorities of God's Kingdom, trust Him for daily provision, embrace forgiveness, seek deliverance from evil, and surrender every area of life to His will.
This is more than a study of the Lord's Prayer.
It is an invitation to live the prayer Jesus taught.
FAITH. AUTHORITY. VICTORY.
Giants Do Fall
Every generation encounters giants.
Some giants have names such as fear, intimidation, disappointment, opposition, insecurity, grief, discouragement, or uncertainty. Others appear as circumstances that seem larger than our strength and beyond our ability to overcome.
But the biblical account of David and Goliath reminds us that the size of the opposition never determines the greatness of our God.
Giants Do Fall takes readers into the Valley of Elah and beyond, examining David's preparation, faith, courage, character, battles, wilderness seasons, and journey toward kingship.
Most importantly, the book ultimately points beyond David to Jesus Christ—the Greater Son of David—whose victory accomplished what humanity could never accomplish for itself.
The message is not that believers will never encounter giants.
The message is that no giant is greater than the God we serve.
Stand in faith. Walk in authority. Face the battle knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord.
